Archaeological Museum
The Archaeological Museumi s housed in a former XVIIth century Jesuit College. Through its exceptional collections it helps you discover the ancient remains of Nîmes.
Predominant are the Iron Age and Gallo-Roman collections with a multitude of everyday life objects, samian “terra sigillata” pottery, bronze vessels, lamps, familiar objects used for clothing, toiletry and various arts and crafts activities. The tour is completed with a collection of Greek ceramic.
