The Louvre Museum
The most visited museum in France and one of the richest and most famous museums in the world! You can visit the permanent collections which are divided into eight sections: Near Eastern Antiquities, Egyptian Antiquities, Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities, paintings, sculptures, decorative arts, prints and drawings and Islamic art. Many temporary exhibitions are also shown.

Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings until 10:00 p.m. Entrance is free on the first Sunday of each month. Otherwise, free at all times for under 18s and Europeans under 26.
