An exhibition entirely devoted to vegetables, which are the basis of our diet. These differ by their forms in different areas of the world, but also in their preparations and their nutrient intake. As man has assimilated them over time, vegetables have evolved being grown and consumed in different ways. It is interesting to reflect on their origins, but also on the existing varieties and on the distance traveled before landing on our plates!
