From 31/05/2014 to 30/09/2014

Exhibitions

On April 10, 1912, the RMS Titanic, the largest ship built at this time, began her maiden voyage from Southampton with 2,228 passengers and crew on board. On April 14, it hit an iceberg off the coast of Newfoundland causing it sinking in 2:40 hours. Only 687 people survived this maritime tragedy

“Titanic the artifact” recounts the story of the Titanic and the tragic fate of its passengers. Through authentic artifacts found at the bottom of the ocean and reproductions from inside the ship, the guests will discover the outstanding stories lived aboard the mythical liner.

From its construction in 1909 to the discovery of its wreck in 1985, the exhibition will revive its visitors the legend of Titanic.
