The Musical Instruments Museum in Brussels celebrates 200 years of the famous Belgian Adolphe Sax
Adolphe Sax, a factor of wind instruments, is known for having invented the saxophone
It is a real tribute to him that makes the MIM by devoting an entire floor of the museum. The exhibition presents the life and work of Sax in 4 different parts: Sax inventor, Sax entrepreneur, Sax intimate and Sax after Sax. 
With a multitude of unique and original pieces from major museums and private collections, visitors can learn all about the saxophone but also on his other inventions such as the saxhorn, the saxotromba or some medical instruments. 
The exhibition is scheduled until January 11, 2015 which will allow the greatest number to learn more about this true inventor.
