The Michelangelo Antonioni Exhibition - Bruxelles

From 22/06/2013 to 08/09/2013

An exhibition devoted to Michelangelo Antonioni is taking place at the BOZAR - Brussels’ Fine Art Centre - in collaboration with CINEMATEK.

Antonioni’s work as a film Director has been influenced by painting. Among his sources, we can find the artist Giorgio Morandi, whose work is also presented at the BOZAR until September, 22nd 2013.

At the Michelangelo Antonioni exhibition, you will discover some of the artist’s movie extracts, paintings, pictures, letters or film script. And if you want to explore Morandi’s world further, some of the Italian film Director’s personal archives will be presented. His movies’ greatest scenes will be broadcasted by CINEMATEK.

Know everything there is to know about one of the pioneers of modern cinema who has directed great movies such as Blowup (1966), The Eclipse (1962) or Zabriskie Point (1970).
